Kim M. Seidel has dedicated her life to train and serve human services professionals, educators, and foster/adoptive/biological parents in the Great Behavior Breakdown Program. The Great Behavior Breakdown Program, by Bryan Post is a powerful and amazing paradigm. Kim has found this program to be very effective both personally and professionally in preserving foster/adoptive placements, creating stronger connections within biological families, as well as helping educators to connect with students in their classrooms that present with major behavioral concerns.

The programs can be custom designed to be between 3 and 6 hours of training. With a decade of being able to implement this program, Kim also shares her own personal story, which will serve as an inspiration and provide hope to all who attend. Please note that the GBB Program is so intensive that it can only be offered at an introductory level during the three hour training events.
